Kate is a writer, researcher, teacher, and school leader. Currently, she is working on a novel and publishing an educational podcast about the interdisciplinary 'layers' of literature. In all these areas, she investigates the nuances of truth and the different forms of human connection.
Hailing from Lexington, Massachusetts, she is currently based between Basel and London with her family. She has previously lived and worked in Paris, Milan, Hong Kong, and Vienna where she has taught literature, cultural studies, the arts, ethics, and epistemology to high school and university students. She further has a particular interest and expertise in interdisciplinary learning and liberal arts education.
